I am bipolar 1 with PTSD and find these CBT resources to be a godsend. The AI tool isn't always accurate in it's assessment of the situation which is why I deducted a star. | |

The AI gives a very neutral response. I guess it's hard to get the same experience as you would with a therapist, but I found it tricky because I wanted someone to challenge my negative thought patterns. 2024-10-14 | Ray Evans | Paid for lifetime use and app will not unlock. I have my recipe and emailed code. This is a known issue that they will not fix as it prompts you repeatedly to pay again making you think your original payment didn't go through. There's no company/ developer contact information.
