2024-11-30 | Keith Komarnicki | Refuses to load for the past two weeks. I've restarted, Uninstalled/reinstalled and every other recommendation. Galaxy S24 Ultra with great internet yet they still suggest it's an issue on my end. It's already one of the poorest streaming interfaces, couple that with not working most of the time and it's no wonder most people only use it when it's free with something else. Do NOT pay for this; if you don't get it included with something else like Walmart+ it's not even remotely worth it.
2024-11-30 | Andrew Onuoha | I only really use this to watch Serie A and UCL but there are also many good shows, films, docs and live TV events viewable on this app. If I could change one thing though, I would ask that they improve the spec quality for videos when watched back even if they're from years ago, or give us the ability to decide which quality we'd like to watch it in the way YouTube does. Other than that, pretty effective app, would recommend for US-based soccer fans looking for a cheaper alternative to ESPN
2024-11-29 | Bob Torres | Though this app has improved from when I first started using it, it's still annoyingly buggy. On the TV, it occasionally hangs and fails to load, requiring a force quit to get it to work again. It also often "forgets" that I have the highest tier subscription and disables fast-forward and rewind, even when watching subsequent episodes of a show. Streaming quality has improved but still hangs or studders occasionally when I don't have this problem w other services. Should be better.
2024-11-29 | Stephanie Slover | I love the app & use it daily. But for some reason the auto-play option has stopped working on my Roku TV & Roku in other rooms as well. The apps auto play is working, just not for Rokus. I use the app to fall asleep to every night, but can't sleep very well when the video stops at the end of the episode & have to wake up to play the next one each time. Yes, I've checked the paramount & Roku settings and they all say auto play is on. Tried deleting & redownloading, but still didn't work.
2024-11-28 | Jason Grime | This is the worst of all streaming apps. Constant problems. It will randomly kick you out of a show saying "sorry this content is currently unavailable" a lot. I've quit watching shows because sometimes it will do it every 3-5 minutes. It will also frequently give the same message when going to the next episode. Sometimes a particular show will work on the TV and not the phone and sometimes the other way round. Also the kid shows do not auto play next episodes. You must select the next one
2024-11-28 | Serena Lambright | My review has nothing to do with content. I love the shows. However, I literally have to open App Manager on my Firestick, clear cache, force stop, then open for use, and even then, sometimes it doesn't work. It's just as bad on my phone. I have to uninstall and reinstall to watch since there is no force stop option. The app won't even open when I try on my phone.
2024-11-27 | charles frost | The content is good and the mobile app works well but i have experienced some glitch when cast the language changes from English on some shows. After doing some research it seems this is a common issue thats been going on for over a year now. There is no excuse for this not to be fixed at this point. And because of this issue I'm forced to use the almost useless tv app to watch what I'm currently watching.
2024-11-26 | Lorie Jones | Works occasionally. Most of the time, I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get a homescreen to load. Tiresome Step-by-step instructions for troubleshooting were suggested. Same stuff, different day. The app is awful and not worth the high-priced subscription 😕 Rinse and repeat "help". How about just actually fixing your buggy app? I see many more feel the same. Maybe taking it to social media enough to cost you and save potential subscribers will get results. Who knows?
2024-11-25 | howard durkee | Great shows, been a subscriber for years. For the last 2 weeks access to the app has not happened due to the app opening and freezing in the opening few seconds. I've cleared the cache and deleted the data, and restarted the phone. I've also made sure everything is updated and I still have no access. I'm using a galaxy s23 ultra. I'll update review once app is fixed.
2024-11-24 | Ashley Moriarty | This app sucks! It's the worst one out of all of the apps I stream from. CONSTANTLY buffers and glitches on the smart TV, and ALL of the other apps work perfectly fine, so I know it's not our wifi. It's also so slow and pixilated at times. The app won't even open on my phone, no matter how many times I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I've force stopped the app and it won't move past the logo. It's beyond frustrating and quite frankly will be canceling the subscription all together. Frustrating! |
