2024-01-16 | Katie Payne | Optum has been excellent for my specialty medications, everything comes within 36 hours and had always arrived in excellent condition. The app makes it super easy to re-order, plus they provide reminder texts and calls. I have done a consult with a pharmacist as well and they were wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable. my only complaint is the insulated packing material, it is not recyclable so it's a lot of garbage every month. |
