Have connected with the back support team atleast 15 times regarding the app keeps crashing it doesn't open it shows unknown error?. They just give an excuse taht we are working on it. The server issue is there. We have uploaded large amount of products. We purchased the app based on unlimited products upload and I have 3 premium versions but even in the new ones with less number of products the apps keep crashing. |
