Partners are allowed to reject scanned invoices without any proper reason and no explanation given while customers can't complain on decisions. MyWorld is a typical example of good idea being poorly realised. No customer support - no recommendation. | |

Have had number more than 7 years so it definitely IS valid & never any issues registering for other companies before now. Tried entering every way possible (i.e. numbers only, with dash & parentheses, with & without the 1, with a + before the 1), but nothing works. 🤦♀️ If issues get resolved & the app can be used as expected, I'll update my rating. 🤷♀️ | |
2023-04-05 | Borche Jakimov | For the last 4.5 years I'm consistently using the app for most of my purchases and I can freely say that it's one of the most lucrative apps one can use. Saving money on the daily purchases has never been so easy and simple and with the constant improvements of the technology (like the Scan&Go function which allows us at most of the SME's to just scan the invoice and have our purchase registered) I assume it's going to be even way better than this version. I can't login through this app as it constantly pops up a message saying that I need to confirm the latest general terms and conditions (GTC) on the website. I go to the website to do this and I don't see any where to confirm these GTC. No button to tick or confirm. No direction re: this. Very poor layout on the website. You can't access customer service on phone either because they redirect you to the app which doesn't let you login in the first place. | |

Then, when I tried to use Travelworld and needed to cancel a reservation that took me over 2 hrs to make within the required parameters to cancel, I was unable to cancel it because it didn't show up on the TravelWorld app. I tried to reach support with no success and was told to message them. They didn't respond for me than 2 days | |
