I only gave this app 1 star because I couldn't write a review for zero stars. Where did I begin? The prior version of this app was slow. This new version is glacial. I don't know who signs off on the functionality but everything that was marginally useful in the old app has been 'updated' thereby becoming completely useless. On a positive note. That is a very nice logon photo of a homeless woman and her child sitting on a curb puzzling over her script. Gives me something to aspire too.

Extremely frustrating to have "download our app" be constantly recommended to me only to see the message that it's NOT COMPATIBLE with my phone when I click on it. My Galaxy smartphone is like a tablet computer in my hand & I manage to do online tasks daily. Maybe your app should be flexible enough to meet the needs of senior citizens who expect to keep their phones for more than a year before purchasing the next newest model!

This app is barely functional. I can only log in once before I have to force quit and restart the app; in other words, repeated logins break the app. The last update appeared to change nothing but the image used in the Caremark logo. What's more - the information it displays (i.e. order status) is often confusing or incomplete compared to what an agent can see on the back end. For such a crucial service in its patients' lives, there is no excuse to have an app this bad.

Have not been able to access the CVS Caremark app for months! I cannot open the one currently on my phone & get a message to upload the newest app - then get an error that the app is not compatible w/my phone! "Contact the developers!" - like I would know how to do that, because of course there's no instructions as to how to do that!

It's been about 3 years now I've had this app on my phone and it still crashes and freezes every 10 seconds. Whoever is developing this app, please send them to some formal training in programming and testing. This is such an embarrassment to the CVS brand! Uninstalling it and just using their website. It's the biggest time saver over this app.

When I choose View Rx History, I randomly get 1 of 2 different pages, one is much more useful than the other. If I just choose Refill Prescriptions, I get a page for Auto Refills, which I don't use. My wife gets different info in the same app on her iPhone than I do on my Samsung, and has different buttons. It also needs a way to choose to update shipping method to overnight so that I don't have to call to request it.

The app just seems to be total junk. Their programmers might be getting paid by the bug. But what choice do we have? Sometimes it works, I've found that if I stand on one foot, tilt my phone, say three prayers, breathe deeply, think of Rice-a-Roni and punch myself in the nads, then about 20% of the time it works every time.

This app is awful. Does not display accurate information regarding refill status. The app shows prescriptions "on hold," but when you call the store, they say, "There's nothing on hold, we can fill it for you now." The convenience of an app then becomes inconvenient if it doesn't work. Use the Caremark website instead. It at least keeps track accurately and allows you to do everything that the app should. I have my preferences set to be notified of order status, etc., but I get no notifications

Seems to have quit working. Crashes when any action is requested. Forced closed, cleared cache, no change. Hopefully an update will fix it. I'm also giving a low rating because I think the app is terrible anyway. Prescription info is incomplete, there's poor functioning with CVS stores (their app is great) , not to mention they've made a mess of my prescriptions. I keep being asked to contact my doctor who has actually talked to them multiple times. What a mess!

One of the worst apps I've ever used. Every time I use it for otherwise simple tasks that would take a minute or two, takes about 10 minutes of going through the app crashing. About 5 minutes of trying to log in half a dozen times with it crashing. Then when I finally log in to get the price of meds, same amount of crashing. Going in the pharmacy is a nightmare, calling pharmacy never answer, app is a same just as horrible. Terrible and horrible company all around. This app doesn't help!
