I had recently traveled to saudi, and had a shocking experience, 2 of the careem drives cancelled the trip after reaching the location, because we had language barrier as they did not know English and I do not know Arabic. They cancelled even after us sharing them Photos of where we exactly were, and also after asking, Arabic speaking Passerby to help us, It was such a shocking event. My request to team, kindly see if you could help by adding language tab while selecting the ride.

Ordered thru the food app and immediately cancelled the order in less than a minute...they don't refund the money back saying restaurant accepted the order in less than a minute. If that was the case the restaurant should have dispatched the food... but neither I got the food and careem dsnt want to refund the money....Ridiculous!!!!!!!

Overall the app is so great and so convenient for any kind of delivery. One issue I have is the app don't let me customise the notification. I should be able to control what kind of notifications I want to get through the app and as a modern application they don't have the customisation of this small stuff. It would be great to have those.[ As of today Nov 2024]
