2024-10-26 | HHA | ❤️ it I'm able 2 c cases I may want. I'm able 2 c my scheduled cases on the calendar. With Care Connect no need 2 call Supervisors. I text them in the app, if u have a good Supervisor who work, u will get a reply quick. The only issue, i have 2 keep logging in if I minimize the app. 2024 the app has been upgraded even better. u can choose the Gender M/F Other. Location, Yes No Animals, Yes No Smoker 2 much to write. In today's digital era, most home care companies have already implemented a system displaying available work shifts, allowing aides to view and select a desirable work shift. Unfortunately, this app does not offer this feature or the employer does not provide this option. As a result, aides must wait a considerable amount of time before getting a shift that matches their preferences. | |

Also I get an error when I try to add my email address on the app, and the need help just says something went wrong. This app is still very buggy. It is very frustrating when I am trying to complete trainings and cannot move onto the next section, it only restarts from the beginning and gets stuck at the same section. | |
2021-08-12 | PJ Moss | I have to use this app for work. I do like it but when i try to use it on my computer it always tells me that I don't have an account. It is so frustrating because I don't have the time to call them every time I need to get on...I don't have time to sit down more less to do training. So I'm up late at night trying to fit it in before I go to bed to get up early in the morning. They should have this connect to your computers so its easier to do the training and see on a much bigger screen. All in all its a good app. |
