Positives: simple, easy-to-navigate interface, that's it. It is an amateurish mess, functionality is abismal, access to your own information severely limited. Ex.: you can see your payment history but not your payment method, which you also can't change on this useless piece of junk code. It often loses information previously displayed fine, making you think your chart evaporated. It's disabled for notifications. And now after last update, chat messaging is busted. Only good for check-ins.

It looks nice, and the idea is definitely there, but it's incredibly buggy. Occasionally prints out actual function names and stack traces when it bugs out. Doesn't save your place if filling out lots of forms in sequence, so crashing or getting timed out means starting over. If you get a timeout warning, sometimes clicking the option to stay logged in doesn't work. This app needs LOTS of QA work.

Works ok on a cell phone but not on a PC. Which is very annoying. No matter what browser I use or extension I enable or disable it is impossible to make an appointment on a PC as it always errors out saying that the visit type is unverified. It isn't - it's picked from the drop down menu on the appointment page.... This makes it unusable on anything other than a cell phone and I'm not confident that it worked properly even then.

Buggy. I generally like my provider, but I am considering changing because of this app. It went for a while without sending me notifications then between 3am and 6am last night I suddenly received a backlog of notifications. I really didn't appreciate that. Also, requiring 2 factor authentication is asanine when you already have to use your phone for the app. I often have to force stop the all and reopen it to be able to use it. There's no reason for software to be this bad in 2024.

Awful app. Wiped out my information several times making me restart the whole process. Pictures are stretched and awful. Taking a picture of your own face you have to take in landscape. It's just completely not thought out, like, at all. I would give it one star except that I did eventually get all of my info entered and submitted

I have had to deal with a lot of medical apps and websites recently and this one is BY FAR the worst I've had to deal with. Here are some examples. There are so many I can't list them all due to character count limits. Actively trying to type in information and steadily getting pop up messages telling me I am going to be logged out for inactivity. Typed in big list of medication, switched applications to verify medication strength, all previously entered medications lost and had to start over.

As Alexis posted last year, tonight I decided to set up 2-step authenticator. It sends me the code. I enter it but there is nowhere to "submit." I hit "done" on my keypad but it does nothing. I have un-installed and reinstalled 3 times, thinking I could just forego the two step. It has it stored in its memory and keeps requesting code. As it does not accept code, I am also locked out of my acct. It was pretty good before this. Now, it is trash.

I have no trouble logging on, but when I try to look at my visit summary, it takes me to care cloud website, THEN eventually asks if I would like to download the PDF file. When I do it's a file from 5 months ago. I've tried multiple times since in the past month, I'm still getting the same the thing to care cloud services. Edit: now if won't allow me to login at all. I've updated the app as well, and it still won't allow me to login. What's the problem, can you please help?

The app was great until it started wanting the 2 step authentication. After I set that up, I put in the 5 digit code from my phone and it has no way to actually enter that code. I pressed the done button on my keypad on my touch screen, but the app literally has no button to continue to accept the code. I just reinstalled it to see if it fixed the problem. Hopefully, I can just not do the 2 step authentication this time. UPDATE: It didn't fix it, so I'm locked out of my account.

I just downloaded the app and filled out the intake paperwork for my doctor and had no problems at all. I received the "you'll time out. Click to keep going" message a few times. I've read on here that others have had problems with that, but I didn't. I clicked on the 'keep going' and didn't lose my place or anything. I have yet to receive or review any documents from my doctor, so we'll see how that goes but so far so good! My doctor recently moved her practice and this is a new feature for her
