| 2022-07-31 |  | | This a good app and very affordable. My only complaint is under the Internachi template there isn't enough defect options to choose from so you have to manually add them yourself. The pay per report option is perfect for part time or new inspectors. I've tried other report apps but this is my go to reporting app. |

There is no way of getting in contact with Inspector Nexus via phone and they have absolutely no tutorial videos. I emailed the link they provided but have gotten no response. This program is trash. |

The Big value in this app has to be for actual home inspectors, this produces very slick reports and many common observations a home inspector might make are pre-programmed in... Once a person is good at the app I think they could pull together a very nice professional PDF report right on site for their customers... |

Great app, everything runs smooth, no freezes or crashes...plenty of templates or build your own inside the app. With this, all you need is your tools and your phone...everything is built in. |

There recommendations in there pre loaded comments and customer service respond time has been excellent!!!! |

I just miss spectora but I am here due to price. App geneally works good, no major complaints, just not the leader yet. |
