2024-11-20 | Aspen Adams | Won't even let me log in
2024-10-13 | AdrianVelez | The "Bike Location" feature of the app has not shown my bike's updated location - still showing the previous location. Did I need to do something in the app before leaving it?
2024-09-28 | Dirtbikedave Mud blood and gears | the bike was easy to put together. Shifted fine 105 group set is great. the only thing is the seat is a bit small and sticky, so when I had to shift my position on the bike, my kit would pull and tug. changed seat to fitsink problem solved.
2024-08-27 | Lord Overboard | Edit 27.08.2024: The Bug magically disappeared and now the app works fine. Support was fast and polite, but ultimately maybe a chrome bug. The app seems well maintained. I haven't needed it because I managed the bike setup without the app (because see bug below), now it is pretty much just a shopping/newsletter app. Old rating 1 star: Bug: Click "Get started", directed to Log in on website, log in, get redirected back to "Get started". And it goes nowhere from there.
2024-07-20 | Sergie kashefska | I can't even find how to connect to my bike on the APP. The installation instructions are awful. Why can't she just talk you through what she's doing instead of playing that stupid music and having to try to follow along with zero instructions.
2024-06-15 | Peng Ying | can't connect to bike! hard to contact customer service
2024-06-10 | Joseph Howard | My family has 3 Spectral 8 ON with built in GPS. I Bought these over the Strive or Torque do to the GPS location, but the my bikes do not show in garage on the app anymore after the latest update. They do show on the website, however. I even get notifications that the bikes are on the move when we go ride, but the location will not show correctly. Before the update the app was awesome, now it's useless. makes me wish I didn't go for the Spectral over the Strive. I've made a ticket with Canyon.
2024-05-07 | Massimo | Update 17/03/24 localization seems to work now. Not connecting to the bike at the moment, so pretty much useless. Update 27/09/23 Nothing changed still not connecting. Update 16/02/24 after one year the localization feature is not working despite claimed available since day 1 from Canyon.
2024-03-15 | John Siemens | So for me, the app hasnt worked properly since day 1. For my Torque:ON 7 in the bike garage, i cannot access any info for my bike in the following categories: Get Started, Bike Details, Original Components, Shop Bike Parts, Exploded View Drawing, Geometry and Dimensions and User Manual. Please fix. *Working now
2024-03-11 | Gren W | Fine if a little limited. Update just wiped all bikes from my garage now I have to go looking for serial numbers again to add them |
