2024-10-18 | Sara Whiteside | Overall the app is good. However when completing a mobile deposit there's no way to preview the check image before submitting. This caused a check deposit I had to be delayed over 2 weeks. Even though I was taking a picture of the full check, the application was cutting off the bottom with the account numbers. There was no way for me to even see that cut off image until after I submitted the mobile deposit. | |

How am I supposed to track my accounts if they're not being properly reflected until days after you've made purchases? These apps are supposed to be more convenient, aren't they? 2023-11-11 | Richard Muller | My only big gripe with the Canvas app is Zelle won't operate properly in this app. The Canvas app freezes when I try to use Zelle. Smaller gripe,changing settings is a hassle because it takes you back to the beginning after you've made each INDIVIDUAL change. Overall though, the app functions pretty well. I appreciate being able to do mobile deposits from my phone, check my credit score easily, transfer money between my accounts, etc. it's got a pretty good user interface too. | |
2023-10-17 | Jason Benefiel | Not being able to turn off two factor authentication on the mobile app is a major pain. It takes extra time that I may not have to log in to my accounts. Bill pay is a lot more confusing. The old app was much better. The only positive to this one is the snapshot feature but I'd gladly lose that if I could go back to the old app. Newer isn't always better!!! | |

Now that I've used it longer, I've down graded it to 1 star. I love Canvas CU but HATE this balance sheet. I get sent an alert, but it has no useful info, like which account, so I have to log in and check all accounts. This feature was better on the previous version. Also, there is a delay as to when the notice of account activity gets pushed out. Can be up to several hours or days. Not helpful! | |
2023-08-16 | Lovey Dovey | I don't like this new version. It's listing charges as groceries or shipping that aren't groceries or shipping. It's also not listing the company's name on where the purchases are coming from. Ex: A purchase at 7-11 just shows the address and not the company name. Please go back to the previous version. Also I don't like acct #s being on display. |
