I've been using Canva for two months and love its features, but I noticed the "Price" filter under "Elements" is no longer available on both the app and website. This filter was incredibly helpful for finding graphics quickly, especially when prioritizing free elements. Has it been removed permanently, or is this a temporary issue? I’d love to see it reinstated as it made searches much more efficient.

4 stars, because it's fantastic. However, it took a while to get a hang of things, it's slow sometimes, and if you can't continue your subscription you can no longer access your stuff. Which is ridiculous. I understand not being to use the services anymore, but don't deny access to what Ive already created and literally legally my own.(Business brand) It's weird. Overall, it's worth downloading, and id say the pricing is reasonable.

I really like this app, wasn't sure how mobile was compared to PC. However there were some errors here n there when using the color chart. Whenever I would type in a hex code, the letters and numbers would not show up properly. The only way I would get my colors is by typing the hex code somewhere else then copy and paste it into the text bar. Very good app either way.

I love canva, though I do see a major issue with the new direction. There's too much AI. People don't want to see a price increase for a team plan if all they're getting are AI tools they don't use in the first place. It would make the app/website easier to navigate. I do love the new animations though! Super cool

it is hard to work to do something simple It is difficult you need to know the size of the photo if not you won't go far also it is confusing where things are if you read the review it is the same they paid for the pro it changed from photo editing to ai like so many other ai app that are out that free it was a lot better before the upgrades and they took away a lot of FREE editing and now you now have to pay for it it sad when there rating went up so did the prices

The free version was fantastic when I started using the app a few years ago. Now every time there's an update it seems more features are removed and some glitches come back (when you want to use your upload photos you have to start from the top and before I could continue selecting a photo from where I left off). Just require everyone to pay a subscription fee or stop taking away from the "freebies". It's unethical because it is the old bait and switch.

So many great features (yes, without going Pro)you have to see it yourself! Whatever you want to design start here. Templates for everything -logos, invitations, flyers, business cards, all social media posts, or design custom from scratch. Awesome, short, hands on tutorials available to get comfortable with functions if needed. Programs for educators and registered nonprofits! Happy creating!

The mobile app has about half the features of the web app. It's clunky and hard to use. I watched the tutorial the devs posted in reply to my review. The issue is not that I do not know how to use Canva. I have been using it professionally for over two years. The issue is that the mobile app relies on AI to do things that you can manually do in the web app. I want manual controls. I want fine-tuning. I do not want AI controls that are imprecise, clunky, & dont understand basic design concepts.

At Google store, it states #1 Free app for its category. I downloaded and it quickly states 14 day free trial. I'll uninstall. I hate it when it's tricking you. I'm so tired of the "free offers" who you find a month or so later reviewing your bank statement see where they are billing you for a subscription you did not sign up for. It's happens too much. I'm sick of it !

This app is frustrating to say the least. Changing between screens for any reason is slow. Resizing media, particularly pictures, is overly sensitive and will select them for individual edit and bring up menu options you have to back out of before you can attempt to modify it how you want. Uploading video rarely works, even if you can get into your gallery instead of being forced to go into Google drive. I love the desktop app, but this frustrates me.
