| 2024-09-12 |  | | It works. It has connetectivity issues from print to print, but it works. DO NOT DO PHOTO EDITS IN-APP. It ruins the photo. Use an app like PS Express to fix tonal balances and contrast. If Adobe has the ability to show me what a print looks like before I print on my computer, I don't see why Canon can't do the same for their mini printer. I had higher expectations for Canon. All of the blacks seem to want to be blue. I'll have to play around with it because adding magenta and yellow tones help. |
| 2024-09-04 |  | | When I try to print photos now I get the message, "All images have printed successfully," and yet nothing comes out. I've had my Canon Ivy for a little under 2 years and there have been constant issues with having to unpair, reset, or restart. Sometimes it would print too dark or with blue lines and waste paper. Sometimes it won't recognize that I've loaded paper. But usually I could get it working after some troubleshooting. Now nothing is helping and I have a $100 paperweight. |

The print que is empty and won't print anything. I followed all of the instructions online to uninstall, unpair, do again and nothing works. It's frustrating for sure. I reached out for support and haven't heard anything back either. |

I've printed out about 6 photos so far and they have turned out great. The reason I didn't rate them a 5 star is because of the quality of the photos after being printed. Every photo I have printed has had a little bit of a blue tint and has been a little liney. I love the printer other than that. Great job ivy!! |
| 2024-01-11 |  | | It was fine at 1st.. but now it will not connect to my phone at all. I've tried for 3 days.Day 1, it couldn't "find" my device. Day 2 it found it, but it was unable to connect.Day 3 I hit the reset button and tried agin all in the order of what the app told me, and at 1st, it couldn't find it, and then once it did, it was unable to connect or it will try to connect so I uninstall and reinstalled the app and now all it does is have a loading circle. Crazy canon is supposed to be top tier. |
| 2023-12-31 |  | | It'll be nice if we were able to resize the images in the app. For what I'm trying to do, full page is too big, and the 4 picture layout option is too small. There is a 2 picture layout I want to use, but the images get cut off due to the app zooming in on the picture, rotating them doesn't help. I can't resize the pictures to fit. Please update to allow us to do this I can use one of the Layouts to get the size I want, but the colors aren't as vibrant anymore. |
| 2023-11-29 |  | | it works as intended, but I just feel like some of the features could be a little better. there aren't a lot of text options, and I usually have to use another app to do all the customization I want. but I am doing a lot of crazy customization and collage. this does a lot more than what you would get with just using a photo printing camera, and I love it! |

Always make sure the blue card that comes with the paper is the first thing that's "printed" every time. It helps maintain the picture quality. |

I wish that you could be able to come back to the print history and re-edit the photos again before printing a second time. it's nice that they have all these stickers, frames, and filters... Many of the photos don't load when I open the cam folder within the app. Also, the pic calendar isn't showing any pics past December 2022; it only shows a few photos taken prior to this date, preventing me from making collages. I bought this camera to make collages, and I cannot do that! Firmware is up to date. App permissions are correct. May sell printer since I can't really use it for what I want. |
