9 Dec, 1024. Update: it no longer crashes. Thanks. New problem, I can not view recent, current transactions. I can only view transactions that have had a statement issued. Come on, guys! This is the whole point of this app. Continual disappointment.

**Update** Gotta give credit where it's due, they did in fact fix the issue with the app and it didn't take long. The app still isn't perfect, but again credit is due for fixing this specific issue. Thank you guys!

I'm not too happy lately with the card services. The app is fine but having available funds in my account and not being able to take it out in one shot. I had to use the ATM 3 separate times for $80.00 so they can charge me $3.00 each one for services charges. also have more available funds and not at limit, but will not fill my request for some reason. Not Happy At All...

Omg so annoying. I need to download statements regularly and this is the only account that I have and they make this process so utterly annoying. First you have to choose a single file, then you have to click to view it, then you have to click to save it and because the statement name comes with a string of alphanumeric numbers and letters, you have to then rename it so you can recognize it. It takes me 10 times as long to download these documents that from any other card or account that I own.

Fine, when it works. However, it often doesn't. The login issues seem to persist, and about half the time it only gives me 2 offers and then if I go to the swap page it says Swaps unavailable even though the new offers literally just came out today. Maybe I'll have swaps and offers next week, maybe I won't. Plenty of times I've been in the store and tried to swap an offer and it tells me that the app has encountered an issue and swaps are unavailable.

Half the time, offers don't activate along with the app completely crashing. I activated the offer two times after returning and purchasing at costomer service desk and still never got the rewards... Also, why do you even have to activate offers... They should just automatically apply when you make a purchase. Super annoying!

its great when it works but more times then not when I open the app the app closes immediately. other times it says "cant access this at the moment" error message then crashes. it can take days before i can actually use the app once or twice then crashes again.

It was good app now for past 3 months I can't get into it. Once app Signs in shows a flash of account and closes. I've uninstalled a few days and then reinstalled still same. Un-installed for couple weeks and still same. I relay on this app to know what I owe and when. So I can pay and to see when I pay directly that it took immediately.

The app is ok. However, their customer service is horrible. I had the rep try to tell me my postal code to my address is wrong. Tried explaining it's not wrong, and he kept again trying to tell me in wrong. Shouldn't have to argue about my address that I live at, not them. Anyways worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Definitely canceling my card.

Good rewards app for this store, but still buggy. Offers sometime don't load due to "technical difficulties" and only works again after a few days..when it works again, it thinks you have used all your offer swaps, which in turn discourages you to shop at store. No email or chat for support, when these bugs happen, only a phone number.
