2024-11-23 | Jed Nord | Unable to "onboard" my router. Multiple reboots, double checking updates, Googling the issue - nothing. "App is unable to connect at this time. Please try again and if problem persists please contact your service provider." Can still log in via browser, but it's more cumbersome than a dedicated app to manage my router.
2024-08-10 | Dave Durst | Recently had my ISP (HCTC) upgrade my modem in order to achieve faster fiber speeds. New modem has the wifi router combined in one unit. They won't provide the login to the modem, so this app is the only interface available. Works ok, but I just don't like being forced to install more and more mobile apps on my phone. Screen is too small to use comfortably. Make the app available on the Microsoft Store for Windows!!
2024-07-19 | Nathan N | Unfortunately my area only provides me with a max of 100 mbps dsl internet which causes the app to lag, but I guess that can be expected with such a slow network, but my biggest complaint about this app is that network prioritization is advertised in the pictures for the app. But within the app I see no Qos features to prioritize a device or a specific network service ie; video, gaming, voip, etc.. And that's the only reason I downloaded this app was to prioritize the network. Please add Qos.
2024-06-13 | Chris Davis | Surprise installed this trash on my router, broke my entire network. Suddenly controls can only be accessed via this app, some can't be accessed at all - and are still configured on my router. The settings need to be changed but the web interface no longer works and the settings are missing in the app. I absolutely do NOT want this but have zero choice, and even then I'm left with broken stuff
2024-03-07 | Voodoo Moonlight (Voodoo) | I was able to get Fiber installed which gave me a modem that sent me to this app. Upon setup, everything was fine. Then I changed the router's SSID and from that point on, this app has been useless. The router's webui is limited because the router was added a mobile app and the mobile app refuses to see the router no matter what I do. I would suggest ignoring the app and see if you can get better service without it. It sucks that so many companies are forcing things on users that do not work.
2024-02-15 | Erik Barkley | Stopped working recently, we deleted the app on our devices and reinstalled and it didn't help. Prior we were able to turn off WiFi to certain devices and the app would identify devices on the network. Now it's useless. We try to turn off devices, it shows them as having no Wi-Fi, yet they still work. It also no longer detects when devices are on the network. It's become incredibly frustrating, app now worthless.
2024-02-13 | Denny Cameron | I don't get the option to prioritize what devices come first when connecting to wifi, and I am not able to do bandwidth tests. Also, now my phone only shows up in the list of things I can add to people. It also appears in the list twice, and when I do add it, it says that my "phones" r offline, and I don't have the option to connect either of them.
2024-01-26 | Alexis Tate (Mookie) | This app does not allow you to block out websites to assist w/ parental control! App still shows devices as connected, even tho devices aren't even in the same town, & haven't been for months! App is slow, continually times out & or disconnects. It allows a connection (to your router) w/o sending (you) verification for approval. You can not hide your network ID w/o it disconnecting all connected devices (from the internet). Overall, this app is ATROCIOUS & REQUIRES A FULL REMAKE OR REMOVAL!
2023-08-13 | Patricia Carter | This app will not accept any password I try to set up. There is nothing that explains criteria. I tried using all numbers!/all letters/ a combination of upper and lower case letters/ a combination of numbers and letters/ and a combination of upper and lover case letters plus numbers and symbols I tried a few and, when that did not work, I tried a lot of each. This is very frustrating.
2023-08-09 | Twist Poi | Was turning off the Internet for certain devices then all of a sudden all devices disappear and wants me to scan QR code for new device. I've scanned the QR code and nothing. I tried logging out and back in, now I'm unable to even log in. Now the devices that are turned off I'm unable to turn them back on. I need some type of help. Very inconvenient this has happened. |
