2024-09-26 | R M | I have to constantly navigate back to the store every time I need to order. it does not keep the location. once there if you minimize and reopen it then you have to start all over again editing review and lowering the score to one star. accidentally placed an order for a different location had to call their manager they had to cancel the order they could not cancel the free drink that I was planning on using luckily the local manager honored that and they were very helpful. | |

2024-09-23 | Ryan McKanna | Be aware that this app defaults to a 20% tip on pickup orders, in a UI that makes it easy to miss that it is applied by default. This seems like a dark pattern (UI term, look it up) and should not be the default. Cabin Coffee itself has decent food and drink, but deliberately misleading UI design propping up artificial rate inflation earns bad reviews. | |

I've resorted to ordering online to simplify the rewards point process then rushing in and telling them that I've ordered online but plan to eat there. Sometimes this works, sometimes (like today - i got my breakfast bowl in a paper bowl) not. How difficult would it be to add an "in store" option? How difficult would it be to add a QR code to receipts to scan for reward? | |
