Streaming icon quit appearing on my iPhone 15. Contacted customer service via email, they were more concerned about verification of my account being active rather than my issue. It’s been 3 weeks and still not able to stream. I asked if I would be compensated for the lack of streaming services, I was told there are other ways to enjoy the app. Very displeased with their lack of accountability. I am discontinuing service.

Horrible experience They did not honor the trial I signed up for and the customer service said I signed up for something else but my bank account can show what I paid for and then they kept trying to take money out of my account. Not to mention they barely released new things and when they did the dates would get pushed back by a few days. Starz was a bunch of false advertising. But just because I had a very bad experience hopefully you wont...

Love the content, however, the streaming experience for me is very poor quality. I have high speed Internet and all my other streaming apps provide high quality as well as 4k content. The Starz content is blurry and pixelated. The closed captions cut off on the sides of the screen. The app also intermittently needs to reconnect to my Chromecast while content is playing, or fails to load a stream and I have to restart the app and/or Chromecast. Hope there's a fix for this. Otherwise I'd give 5⭐
