| 2021-11-11 |  | | Restaurant apps always seem to be quite buggy when they first come out. The Burger Boss app is still quite buggy, such that you probably want to pass on using it in order to avoid all the frustration that comes with it. I had to try to submit my order THREE times before it actually worked. My wife tried over and over for 30 MINUTES and it still didn't work. When we got into the restaurant, we showed the staff member the problem with the app, and he wasn't able to do anything about the app itself, but was able to do right by my wife. Thumbs up to Burger Boss for the high quality staff. Thumbs down for the buggy app. |
| 2021-10-27 |  | | Terrible app-useless You can't pick a location to order from unless you have GPS enabled, the search feature doesn't go anywhere. Once you try to order from a location, the menu options are limited and go to a blank screen. This might be the worst app I've ever seen. |

| 2021-10-18 |  | | Good food, and using the app is fine, but payment is a pain. It doesn't remember credit card info, and the pay with GPay button no longer works, giving some ERROR_IS_READY_TO_PAY error, so have to manually enter credit card info every time. |
