2024-11-11 | shalanda zottorvi (shalzott) | I quite like the game. I had downloaded Underworld Office (OW) before, so I had a foundation for how good these games were when I started. I'm currently playing Not exactly a Hero, and the art style is just as pretty as ever - it even has the same five to twenty second ads in OW! There are freezes from time to time, but my devices experiences crashes often and even so this game hasn't overloaded it. This occupies minimal space, is easy maintenance and a lot of fun to play. 4/5 stars overall.
2024-09-10 | Isaiah Murray | I rlly like it and the only think I'd complain about is the ticket system, but you can play through the whole game without it being too much. The problem is if you want to play again and get different endings. Btw the ticket system is an ad that gives you 40 tickets to make decisions that cost tickets
2024-06-10 | A letter | I adored it. You do have to watch ads for more tickets because they don't automatically recharge but they need to make money and I understand that. However this was so good because it had multiple routes. I finished one route but when I realized there was more I replayed everything but the thing is with every replay, something changes with dialogue or something so it's not too boring for the similarities. One of the best games, I'm obsessed
2023-03-23 | Cherish | I love the art style, story, and the music / audio effects. It was a very amazing experience overall. But there is one slight problem, at first. I couldn't watch the ads to get the tickets, I had to download other apps to get tickets. Which made it a lot longer. But then after a few days I finally was able to watch the ads, was this on purpose? If so, why? Or was my game just lagging? that one glitch made the game a bit hard to play at first, but if it weren't for that one glitch, 5/5 star
2022-10-23 | The One and Only (The One and Only!!) | This is a great game, however there is one MAJOR problem. Personally, I wouldn't mind watching adds to get tickets that much but the thing is, is that, whenever I press the add button for the tickets it just won't load. It keeps telling stuff about "no fill" and I've been waiting for months but still no change. Unless this problem is fixed, I'm giving this a 5 star. For anyone who can help me with this, please tell me. Thank you.
2022-07-29 | a bc | Game itself is fun but ticket system not so much. At one point of the game whenever I'd go to watch an ad it automatically kicked me out of the game, and when I'd go back on it always rewound me to this certain point and I used up a lot of tickets. Also at another point the advert ticket system... ran out? It just said it was 'noFills' and that they needed 'some time' to refill it again. If the tickets themselves regenerated over time/you could get tickets quicker w/o money that would be great!
2021-12-09 | Bread “Jay” Toast | I love these games. I hope you plan on making more like Not Exactly a Hero and Ghost Office! One thing I hate is that the save/load files also count towards endings (I'll get an ending, load an old save to get another, and the load will take the ending with it). Overall great game, definitely recomend!
2021-11-11 | Федір Чорнобривцев | It was great to play another graphic novel after The Underworld Office. The story is great, and even greater the fact, that you can enjoy the game several times, by playing for different endings. The Underworld Office has changed my views on life and people in general. After finishing the game, I put my phone to the side and stared at the wall realizing, how much really our fates are depends on what we say. Great job Buff Studios, keep it up!
2021-11-01 | Paul Bacon | Fun so far but the tickets and ad system seems a little random. You can buy more tickets or watch an add for more. Sometimes decisions cost tickets Sometimes they just disappear as you play and sometimes adds play randomly without giving you more tickets. I get you have to pay the bills but its nice to have a well defined system. Having fun early in the game but the randomness of the ticket system made me almost delete the game already. If it was clearer i would give 5 stars and maybe spend $
2021-07-23 | Grace Goodrich | With a suspenseful plot, interesting characters, a phenomenal soundtrack and very interactive gameplay along with so many possible endings, the game itself has got the whole package. However, what gives this 3 stars is the TICKET SYSTEM! 40 tickets last very little time, causing more than half of your game time to be watching ads. It feels like it's Pay to PLAY. I recommend having tickets regenerate over time, or at least give more tickets per ad. Otherwise, pretty cool game! |
