2024-10-22 | Elizabeth Hardersen | Edit: I was an early adopter, and found this app extremely functional. I was hooked. A year or so later, started getting messages about the app costing a significant amount monthly or yearly. I would have paid for a one-time purchase. But there are just too many other options that may not be as attractive, but work just as well and are totally free.
2024-09-20 | Terry Frey | I was an early adopter of Bublup & have found new features added on useful. It has been a great app for me to use in many ways. There are 2 reasons I will only give 4 stars. First, I am ok paying something, but the cost needs to be more reasonable. These days everyone is nickel & dimed for all these different apps & streaming sites and it really adds up. The premium for $4 would be more reasonable. 2nd, there is no app for the Kindle Fire and using it online with Kindle is a no go.
2024-09-01 | Alison miller | LOVE this app! simple and easy to use. All my important stuff (pics, music, documents, downloads, websites) all saved in same one spot. You can create your own folders under each individual file. Ex. I'm really into bicycles and learning how to fix them. I have a file called Bicycle. Inside I have how-to vids, etc and individual folders, one called brakes. Inside that I have individual notes on each type of braking system. Another folder for headsets and in it all info on headsets. Love it!!
2024-06-26 | Nicole Pyles | I wanted to return to Bublup (I had left when they did that sudden price hike) because they had a reasonable $4 option. But honestly I doubt there is any support team. I had issues adding in a bunch of links and asked for help, no one replied. And so I don't think I'd recommend this for that reason as well as the limited abilities with the free option. Also, you can get a complete backup of your Bublup but weirdly they offer no way for you to add those files back into your account.
2024-03-21 | Andy Troyer | I used to love the app. It was fantastic for organizing notes and my vacation info as well. Unfortunately, there are no longer any basic features for free as bublup has gone to a paid subscription service only. Past folders and info are not even editable, only viewable. I would have considered paying a reasonable one time fee, but am not interested in paying a monthly subscription. I've moved on to other apps.
2023-12-04 | Brynn Walk | Wowee this company just made a big mistake. Huge. Not letting customers know through an email, instead doing it the cowardly way as a notification in the msg area of the app??? If I was going to pay for the app I wouldn't after the way the situation has been handled. Barely 2 weeks notice. Can't even DELETE or copy anything from folders without the paid version, just export it to an unusable list of URL files, so essentially holding your data hostage. THANKS!!! Paid users watch out. You're next.
2023-11-30 | Donald Price | Bublup canceled free use of app. Very unhappy! Only one day notice of this change, email sent last day of November, and Bublup becomes paid on Dec 1. Lost all access to my data, very untrustworthy company. Sorry, not paying to share bookmarks. Old review, [Love having the ability to store all the things I need to remember, collecting my research, or want to revisit again. Helps to organize my digital life and helps my scattered brain recall important things. I think everyone needs this app.]
2023-11-30 | Jennifer Hofer | I have known about this app for a long time (tangentially acquainted with the creators) but only started using it last year. I really enjoyed the ease of saving things and it was good for our business to share folders. I liked being able to see my stuff across devices. Unfortunately I won't be continuing to use it. After sending out a survey, we then get told there is no longer going to be a free option. The cost is $8/month. It is not worth that. Sadly won't be getting my business.
2023-11-30 | Alice One | Amazingly customizable AND without confusing and lengthy setup. Does not require consistent customization from place to place or even item to item, which is GLORIOUS. Graphic, organised. I replaced 3 productivity apps with this and never looked back for a second. Would like the ability to create home screen shortcuts to specific folders within app. Would like a widget of the contents of a folder, like is offered by popular mainstream task apps.
2023-11-18 | Taronna McKee | Wonderful app with a great UI! I love it for keeping everything organized in one place. That said, I'm deleting my account after being extorted for $8/month subscription. Good luck with that. Allow me to purchase the app directly, or continue free while scraping my personal information but this is too far. I'll miss you. |
