There’s no option to check which song is currently set as my Hellotune. This is very inconvenient because I often forget the song I’ve set and have no way to verify it without changing it. It would be great if the app included a simple section under the Hellotunes feature to display the current active song. Adding this would make the app much more user-friendly and complete. |

Downloaded my songs and Liked song in my playlist Lately (November 2024, or December 2024) when this application was updated, everything was flushed out. Even tried to nevigate the "download" and "Liked Song" but application didn't had any option as such. Moreover I tried to manually search and download the song on local for offline use, everytime it shows "hello tune" in search result and "switch to Airtel". |

Unable to find it by searching nor there is any option to extend or view the previous one. Previous versions of the app were better and lucid in understanding. Don't know why they removed the option by updating in this. Useless and baseless app for me. When raised this concern via chat getting disclaimer as it is getting migrated to Apple. |

I don't know why they have changed the settings for the app. Now I can't see my downloaded songs or playlists, I made after the recent update. All the songs I had collected are missing. And I've to now find another music app as a companion cuz Wynk has really broken my trust now. |

And did try re-opening the app and all. I can see that so many people are facing the same issues, HAVE already reported it, it's been weeks and still no fix ???!! Wink music, collaborations and all are good but you gotta do better. |

I have uninstalled and reinstalled this 4 times already but still it's not fixed. Only hellotunes are available nothing else. No music. My perfectly curated playlist is gone. Now I can only put Hellotunes and do nothing else. So can anyone tell what's the point of having it in my Phone??????? |

I can do this but whenever I use Wynk Music app to set free hello tune, it tells me the option to get hellotune, even though I did it 2 months ago. No one paid any attention to this. Untrustable app , I'm very much disappointed. |
