I have been noticing for a month, if someone calls on the "Kotha" app (if not entered into the app), the call notification disappears after 1 second. And that call cannot be received. Then you can receive the call by entering the app again. “Display over other app” is also allowed. Any new version will be updated immediately. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times, but no change. What can I do now? Please solve it. Some info of my mobile: Brand:vivo Model:Y17s Current Android version:14

My experience on the app has been great. Though some changes definitely has to be made . The photo & video quality drops after uploading , there's a message delivery problem too .
