2021-06-23	Nick Sinishtaj	My experience has been so good, i felt i needed to write a review for others who need a good wallet and cant decide based on others feedback. The app is so user friendly. Is very easy on the eyes. Is super quick. Ive downloaded close to 15 other wallet apps and with BRD i transferred in some BCH (bitcoin cash) the transfers were lightening speed. Literally in split seconds. And network fees $0.00. Wallet fees? $0.00. Yes it cost me absolutely nothing to send BCH in split seconds. I love it 5/5.
2021-06-22	Connor Bettini	It was decent to use but the lack of backing up your info apart from having to manually record a 12word recovery phrase is so annoying and needs to be addressed in this modern day where everything is stored on our phones. Edit: I know that it's secure - too secure! My office got broken into and all my paperwork destroyed. Making excuses oppose to listening to those who use your app is just poor customer service and am now reducing my rating to 1 because of that.
2021-05-19	TALKCalgary	I tested this app when it first came out some years ago. Back then it was by far one of the best wallets available and it still is! Security is strong and it has a host of useful features such as the ability to import encrypted private keys from paper wallets you may have cold storage. It also allows you to sweep both BTC and bitcoin cash from wallets created pra to any forks. Don't be put off by some of the negative reviews, if you read them you will find most of them are unreasonable.
2021-03-12	David Baillie	I've used this wallet for 18 months, and have never had a single issue, up until the last week - when I got in touch with BRD Support, I was dealt with in a very friendly and prompt manner, and my issue was resolved within an hour (the issue was non-arrival of BTC in my wallet, which was resolved promptly) Prior to the issue, the speed of the arrival of coins was rapid, and sending my coins to their destination was quick, easy and painless. I would highly recommend using this app - in particular, the user interface is very friendly, particularly for those who have not purchased cryptocurrency before.
2021-02-03	C F	The support is good. They answer within hours. The app itself is nice and easy to use but it often fails to update your wallet when you open it so you have to force close it sometimes. I wish they had more different crypto also. Also beware when you do trade in the app that there are trade fees and network fees that varies. Don't do too much trades or you'll end up losing money for trade fees.
2020-11-30	thabo swanepoel	App downloaded great and look professional. But when i synced my BTC wallet to their app and transfered it to another the reciever never recieved it as of yet. I emailed them with transaction id of pending transaction but only got an automated response. My bitcoin is going to fall in value due to the slow/ non existing service. AVOID IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE VALUE OF BTC. I just hope i receive my BTC eventually... quick and efficient my ass..
2020-07-20	Stella Horvath	Recently had a Bitcoin transaction freeze on the screen and when I refreshed app the transaction disappeared!! As a first time user I was understandably freaked out, but Coinflip customer service assured me that BRD was a very good company and reliable. So, I just had to wait until the system corrected itself. It took roughly 2 1/2 hours, but it did and all was well with the world.
2020-05-22	james phillips	Solid SPV wallet. This wallet connects directly to cryptocurrency nodes. This makes it "trustless," but it can be finicky as a result. I have had some ERC-20 stablecoin wallets intermittantly fail to show up. Support was very responsive, but unable to reproduce the problem. I don't like the apparently mandatory PIN prompt. I suspect it is in place because OS authentication services are inconsistent. Got double prompted for about half my transactions (small sample size).
2020-04-18	A Google user	Worked, sort of. Put some money in there, then immediately afterwards the app wouldn't open, it would just crash on startup. Reinstalled, now unable to recover nor open a new wallet since the buttons will not work. Update 7/16/17: The buttons now work and I can enter my recovery phrase, but I still cannot recover since the keystore was invalidated or something. Update 4/18/20: Trying to generate a new wallet fails for me. The app is still just as useless to me as it was almost three years ago.
