Wanted this for motorcycle riding, because I want only voice control of the 5000 songs on my phone. Not interested in streaming services that don't work when internet is spotty. | 2024-05-03 |  | | Devs, this app needs interface work. It's atrocious. Go investige an app called Music Folder Player. This organizing of genres, artists, albums, etc. is so unnecessary. This app does not allow for selecting your own default music folders (which I've spent years organizing). Instead it gives you a long unsorted list of internal and external files. Basically a mess. I have thousands of songs by varied artists. I need to interact with my folders. You get 3 stars for the very good voice searching. |

To make totally hands free the paid for pro version is require, this allows full voice control to "wake" the app (rather like "hey Google" or "Alexa") BUT this is disappointingly poor. The wake word "Musica" works fine the first occasion and starts your chosen track. After that nothing, you have to revert to tapping the microphone icon to make Musica listen |

It frequently crashes, doesn't organize songs and albums properly, and cannot be controlled with my steering wheel voice control button in my car (which means I either cant use it 95 percent of the time, or I have to risk getting into a car crash every single time I waht to change a song or album) |

What I want to do is use in the car with Android auto. The plan would be to use assistant to open the app"hey Google open musica" then use the musica keyword to play a particular song. Unfortunately the assistant thinks I am saying "music app" so I can't open it . Thanks |
| 2022-07-11 |  | | Doesn't seem to understand playlist names. I have a playlist called 'everything' and I say 'play everything' and it just plays all tracks with 'everything' in the title. Also a lot of albums have a track with the same name as the album. This confuses it. You need to support 'play album xxx' , play playlist 'xxx' and play song 'xxx' and while we're at it, 'play artist xxx' as well. Then it'll be really something for the car.. |

I have to shout the title like 5 times, and I'm lucky if it recognizes it. sometimes it does recognize it and still won't play it. please, just use Googles voice recognition. I don't know if thats too much to ask for, or how difficult it is to implement, however that would make the difference. Secondly, instead of saying Música, make it customizable please. everything else is perfect. this app has too much potential |

But I renname the mp3 to what the app hear... Thanks allot. Will defently buy as soon as I get all my audio sorted. What is the possiblity that I can change the activation word to something else? |
