| 2024-09-01 |  | | Highly recommend to those that save their photos on other apps ...I've find that with popular apps like well you know over time the photos get blurry they get to where sometimes faces disappear well it's been my experience plus if you forget your password it's hard to get them back. Here they stay in tack just as the way you put them up n besides who wants everybody seeing your best times in life here you share a link w with another person and that's it ..and with music ditto the same benefit |

I'm trying to download a video onto my phone from Box and I thought it finally uploaded but when I press the transfer button the app crashes and closes. Every. Time. Why is this happening? I cleared cache, even forced stopped it. But it keeps crashing. |

I can upload from my phone or my PC, and download to either. It's easy to create folders and organize content, as well as to invite viewers or fellow editors. I can recommend Box to everyone (and have), with no reservations. Well done Box! |
| 2023-09-23 |  | | It's unfortunate this app is mandatory for my work. Dropbox works so much better. Google Drive is better. I can't even make a new folder. This bug has been going on for a long time and restarting the phone or app does not fix. Just one of many issues: media playback is terrible, downloads are tricky to navigate once downloaded, there aren't nearly enough organizational options. |

Overall has all the features I need and no talking to support when I need more space and then being told no with my "unlimited" plan so very happy so far. I wish the Android app let me access files as if they were on the phones hd like the PC app does, but maybe that's impossible or possible with other means haven't figured it out yet but that's the only problem I encountered. The file size limit is also a bit of a drag. |

Oftentimes when I play an audio then leave the app, the audio eventually stops and says "Please check your internet connection" (even though my connection is great, thank you). So I have to go back to the app and hit play in order for it to work again which is very frustrating. This didn't happen in the past, not sure why it does now. |
| 2023-03-24 |  | | I'm in a music group that shares rehearsal recordings, agendas, etc. The desktop version is great but navigating thru folders within the app is horribly difficult. After using it off & on for about a year (since I joined the group), I've deleted and am just using a home screen link to the website. I've found that way more intuitive and functional. |
| 2023-01-11 |  | | My years worth of cloud storage with Box has been deleted without notice. I was using account under a closed email address and no one will update Box with my new email address. I was able to still use the cloud with my old Gmail account, but now I can't locate my account. They want to send my deleted account a link to change password, but that's not the problem, and can't get the password anyway because that email address is deleted. Transfer stuff out into new cloud now. Good luck |
| 2022-09-25 |  | | The app does what it says and Is great for storage, however, the app is prone to a specific glitch where it will calculate file sizes wrong and will say that you're over the allotted limit when you indeed are not. Perhaps it is because I use the free account, but customer service is non-existent for customers who simply want to store pictures and videos for personal use. App has a lot of potential to be the best on the market, but has some things to fix first. |

Whenever I select a stored image to view it displays for a moment. Then the screen blanks and I am unable to view the image again even though it appears in list view. After attempting to view three or more files the app crashes. Please fix this issue. |
