2024-12-15 | K McAdoo | I love the app. I love Bose. They make some of the world's best sound quality products. As for the app, I would like to see it available for the Galaxy smart watches. My watch is an Active 5, and there is nothing available for that model. Also, I would like to see in the app a way to track one or both earbuds or headphones and the earbud charging case if lost. Other than that, Bose and their products are nothing short of amazing.
2024-12-14 | Cody Nuzzo | Do better. How can a company that makes top of the line headphones and electronics have the most mediocre app. Currently the modes button just takes you to a loading page that doesn't show any modes. Source button won't allow you to add any other sources for multi point to point connection. And immersion mode is stuck on whatever mode it's in. Has been this way for weeks. I was hoping it was just an app restart... And because of this it makes me want to use the headphones less and use Jabra more
2024-12-11 | Phebe | Horrible. There are so many glitchy things with this app. Starting with nothing in settings to change the wifi without deleting the item and starting all over. Also, it's a pain to have to use their music system vs your music apps. The experience makes you want to buy a competitive brand.
2024-12-11 | Ca Ba | 12-11-24 >Bose QC Ultra Earbuds keeps hurting ears when clipping/restarting: These are my second Earbuds, and still, they do an intermittent, strong clipping sound like that hurts my ears. Sometimes, it happens on the left ear (mainly) or in the right ear. I NOTICED This mainly happens while the multi-point connection is enabled. Please, kindly fix it. Note that my previous Earbuds were replaced (9/11) by Bose due to the same issue, and at that time, there was/is no fix. Thank you.
2024-12-11 | S. Hampton | Doesn't connect to my Bose QC buds. I've tried for weeks. Used to work then all of a sudden it stopped connecting. I can't tell you how many times I've uninstalled the app and the earbuds but no joy. SUPER grateful I configured my earbuds for quiet, aware, focus, etc prior to this nonsense starting. I hope these earbuds don't decide to stop connecting to my phone like my last pair did... I'll not be purchasing a new set of Bose without knowing that I can reconfigure them in the app.
2024-12-09 | Aaron Sheridan | I love how easy it was to setup. I wish there was a tracking feature for the open ear ultras as they are expensive and other companies are already implementing it. The equalizer could be a bit better but happy it has one for them. All in all, the app is pretty intuitive and functions as needed.
2024-12-07 | JT Lewis IV | App continues the Bose tradition of great products and useless apps. On a recent trip, I jumped on the airplane, popped in my earbuds and went to adjust a setting only to learn the app had logged me out. Since I already disabled my SIM ( international travel) I had no data. If you cannot connect to the internet the Bose app will NOT log in, what a stupid design! Why must I be logged in to access if I want my earbuds in immersive audio?
2024-12-05 | Adam Waaramaa | This is the most trash app on my phone. Even when I connect successfully (after several tries), it won't connect half the time after that. Multiple devices constantly ping my headphones to make them stutter. Even when I'm Bluetooth connected and listening to music on my phone, the app can't find them. Cheapo Amazon headphones I have for running have far better apps that are reliable (and had EQ years before this one). It's like they outsourced to the lowest bidder. Trash trash trash 🗑️.
2024-12-03 | V T C | They've changed the app's name but the old connection problem remains. The app finds and connects with the QC buds about 50% of the time, so it's like a coin flip. This means that it's good for one-time tweaking of the EQ setting, modes, and audio prompts but it's too unreliable and frustrating for regular use. Once the tweaking is done I quit the app and let the phone handle the BT connection going forward, which it somehow has no problem doing. (Installed on Pixel 9 XL)
2024-12-01 | Chris | Honestly, stay away from their headphones. They have really nice noise cancellation, but they are terrible during phone calls. Do a quick Google search if you don’t believe me. There’s no way headphones that cost $250 should be this bad. App wise... it keeps making a connecting sound for about 6-10 seconds when it is already connected to my phone. Too often, I have to put the ear buds back in the case and recomnect to get them to work. earbuds continue to be connected while it's inside the case |
