This app doesn't have any way to turn off the touch controls. There is a screen shot in the app description but the touch controls config screen is gone. Really annoying as I've paid 200 for some qc ultras and I just want to turn touch controls off completely but there is no way to do it. The touch controls just get I the way and change the track if I accidentally tap it while brushing hair, etc And forget about using them with a helmet while you're snowboarding. Everything just goes haywire....

Really disappointed that you can't turn off voice prompts or even change the volume. The voice is too loud for my needs and it puts me off from using the product. Even though the sound is good, this setting is a must for me.

The app doesn't do much of anything ; and the equalizer is subpar at best. You're lucky to get a 2db gain in volume with all levels set to maximum. Sorry but I'm very disappointed with your product : $196.00 ; and for what? To upset me because my $55.00 competitors earbuds are much better in SQ, 50% louder can customize 30 different equalizer sets and save. I finally tried Bose;and results were as expected I'm not buying quality I'm paying for Bose advertising. I'm sad about that

beyond great I have tried so many of the other top names for nr earbuds and was always left wanting. I only bought these because they were of course BOSE, but it was because I tried on a friend's and realized how well they fit, I was sold. Then when I turned them on, well, the NR was so good and so clear that it left all the other want a be's in the dust. Best ever!

App is amazing WHEN it works, but often doesn't. I love this app for my new Bose earbuds, but what is happening is that the app appears to "close" or "turn off" after a certain period of time and loses voice control. I get the message. Voice Control Off after something like 5 or 10 minutes. Then I have to open the app back up and connect again to the buds even though the buds ARE connected via bluetooth and otherwise working perfectly. Needs a fix Bose.

Won't save touch control settings in the app. I am so beyond annoyed!! You can't have the same setting for all functions! Sing, double, triple tap, or hold. The app resets what you choose every time you close it. Then it wants to set everything to double tap. Try and pause music..nope turns up volume...try and change setting. "There is no save button" the app won't save my choices. I should be able to use the earbuds without a freaking app, because the app sucks!

These earbuds are the best I've ever tried! The app is super easy to use! The noise cancelation is incredibly better than my last ones which were Galaxy Buds 2 Pro which didn't really have any noise cancelation. The sound quality on these buds is amazing and exactly what I expected from Bose. & best of all THEY DON'T FALL OUT!! Everything is amazing so far. I've only just had them for a little bit today. I will update if I need to with any further info as time goes on. :) Happy customer here!!

Half the features just don't work and on top of that it refuses to connect to my quiet comfort earbuds when they're literally right next to my phone, tried reinstalling the app and it just doesn't detect my earbuds despite being connected to Bluetooth already.

My earbuds can't stay connected longer than 30 seconds and if they do, there is no sound. Lot of problems to maintain connection between phone and buds. I would recommend you to pass on them and go buy something that work perfectly

I received my new earbuds today, and they are great; good job, Bose! The application is excellent for setting everything up and is relatively straightforward, with a clean and intuitive design. I was however a little confused about finding the advanced/custom EQ settings section and I think that section is not clear, maybe put an arrow on the EQ section to indicate that there are more selections if you scroll to the right, just a suggestion.
