2024-11-22 | Jason White | The new update has ruined the app. You can no longer search in map view which makes chosing a location cumbersome and difficult. I've literally booked hundreds of stays with this app but as location is one of my biggest concerns when booking, I'll have the find a new platform for finding my stays now. Seriously, why would you do this to the best booking app out there is better nd me. Avoid. | |
2024-11-22 | Jade Eyre | I've recently downloaded the app, after my husband having it previously. However I'm forever having issues. Initially it wouldn't recognise the account email and asked to create a new account. To resolve this I uninstalled and redownloaded. Now the issue is that I cannot see messages for my upcoming trips, and instead had to call the property. For both issues I've tried to go through the website but it redirects me to the app where I hit a dead end. This is so frustrating. | |

Their app made a mistake with one of my bokkings and there was no refund option available. After the payment is done, I receive an error message without any explanation and have to wait for additional email to rebook or refund. What's shown is not the case and more importantly the best hotels selected by the platform were actually the worst. Placed a cancellation request but no one from the support contacted me back. It's been two days now. Had to bear a loss because hotel was not agreeing to give the remaining days refund. Hope had the option of giving -5 stars to this horrible app. | |

It says 24hour assistance but no one responds in days and your stuck in another country with no help!. Then when you do hear back from them FOUR days later they are absolutely unhelpful and dont even know what they are doing or talking about and you have to go through the cycle again. Unfortunately, your booking is facilitated by a partner company and cannot be cancelled or modified because it is a non-refundable rate. I was told yesterday I should be happy the service is free more or less, when Booking is keeping money for a canceled trip (by the airline) for more than 6 weeks🥲 book elsewhere is my recommendation Edit: guys what more information to give you? I have been contacting you every week and a call centre with AI responses is torturing me. Concerning the app, there is a problem in the CS contact, test it. |
