App is absolute garbage as a captain. Booking don't show up for approval and even once approved the still don't show. Don't use the app

Do not use boatsetter as an owner. I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Renter booked my boat back in early July for a 8/12 rental. So more than 30 days. He also booked a captain. So for a little more than a month ,on one of the busiest days, my boat was reserved. Well with less than 24 hours , the captain backed out, leaving both myself and the customer high and dry. Boatsetter refuses to compensate me for the lost revenue. They do not adhere to their policies. They also have refused to help
