It works well, but You may not share maps with ride. You can share pictures and basic info, but not a map with tracks of your ride. Therefore, you need to install another apps like Riser, Rever, etc. After 2 years I decide to plan a new route for my next trip to Dolomite. I was working with GPS off. My GS was parked (in app) in ljubljana (SLO). The app want me to install 6 new maps from Africa!! From SLO to IT through Africa?? I Was not able to put waypoints. Disappointed again!

Nice, simple, clear, all info, good guidance,.... Nice, simple, clear, all info, good guidance,.... BUT - sometimes I get only the map over the whole screen and seldom I get the version with addtional data, direction, speed, limit.... more like a real navigation app/look. I don't know why and how to change it. Also - the in the TFT mode the selection ring doesn't work at all. Where is the manual for the app?

Mandatory to have it connected to check the mileage, mandatory to allow it to connect audio to the bike, or bike won't show the settings. HOW is that related? Bug.You either get the horrendous audio through the ICC or TFT with third of the usability. Terrible. Oh, I also love how accidental tap on the map list is causing the app to start downloading entire EU (20+GB) with no way to interrupt it. Other than force-stopping app. And having to clear all the storage to delete it. You spoil the bike.

Since last update my nav screen locks up, just had the firmware updated on my 2021 RT by my dealer and it's still the same, if you input 1 destination it's fine, but at a route with a few destinations and it doesn't work properly, the map is zoomed out and there's no zoom +/- indicated on left side of screen, very annoying as it's been fine for nearly 3yrs,even deleted and installed fresh app and it's still the same, phone is S22, BMW you've screwed up a previously great app 🤬

Upgrading from the BMW Connected Ride app "Blue Logo" to the Make Life a Ride "Black Logo" my TFT Navigation stopped working at a critical time 🤯 I tried reaching out to BMW and the App developers no joy I had a chance conversation with a chap who advised that if you have to many downloaded maps it will cause the upgraded App to crash, I reinstalled with just the UK maps no problems, any limit on downloaded maps needs to be advised its not in the BMW owners manual or anywhere else come on BMW

Poor in options. Furthermore, app keeps on trying to connect to the cradle even when bike is off. Wheel could also control other phone applications. Graphics are a bot better than Atari or Commodore. Tank maximum indicator shows only 17 liters, when the tank accommodates 20 liters.

It works, (unlike Yamaha version). Plus you get alternative to Google maps with clearer, sharper route, roads, and clear, simple repeater on the bike display, so attention more on the road. Allows removal of heavy factory Garmin mount, for a Quadlock and mobile, saving hundred of pounds. And you can switch between maps to find local facilities in Google or Apple.

On R1250RT and Samsung S20FE. Have to restart the app after every break, or screen is condensed and map on bike is zoomed right out. Rerouting has changed with new version too, and want to go back to any missed turn, even if back on the route. Bring back the app from before Nov 23 😡 Initially gave this 1☆. [Edit] have swapped from using a Samsung S20FE to a S10+, and everything now seems to work mostly as it should. Tried an S24+ slightly better than S20FE but not good enough

New update looks like it has solved a lot of problems I was having: (Samsung s22) Zooming out too much. Stopping part way through a ride. Over heating my phone. Fingers crossed it carriers on working.
