2024-12-07 | Christopher Price | App seems to rely on dated web parsed intermediaries, instead of a true native code experience. Sad. Like BSCA.
2024-11-30 | J | Another Healthcare company that relies on outsourcing which is why this app is head scratchingly bad on every level. Advice to senior management... Outsourcing doesn't work. They have no understanding of how the app is supposed to work because they have no context of its usage in their country. Outsourced devs often don't understand but it's their culture to never ask questions. This is why there are so many bad websites and apps. Outsource simply guesses at what they're suppose to build.
2024-11-23 | dahlia chazan | I tried to use this app to find urgent Care. the list it provided me included options that were not in network but were labeled in network (I was suspicious, so I cross checked). and when I clicked on the map option it was blank. useless!
2024-11-19 | Jarret Jeter | Searching for doctors/clinics/urgent care is tedious because many of the ones listed do not have up-to-date information in the app. I will call a doctor or clinic, only for them to tell me that they don't accept my IPA or are no longer accepting new patients (when the app said that they were). Sometimes the provided phone numbers are not even correct either. I've even had to just use google to find a nearby urgent care that wasn't even listed in the app. HMO/PPO isn't taken into account either.
2024-10-26 | Melinda Fielder | Instructs me to open the app on Google play app store: which is exactly how I got to the page in the first place. No way to contact wirh ID card question on a weekend night...while at the ER!
2024-10-16 | Aubrey Golden | Not very member friendly, extremely hard to navigate.
2024-10-08 | Yvette Berry | There's a glitch when logging in. I'm prompted to change an expired password, but when I click on the box to type it, it starts flashing and won't allow me to type anything. So I'm unable to even use it.
2024-10-04 | INemo | You guys suck at helping yr patients. I hate blue shield and everything about it !
2024-09-05 | Jacqueline Cook | You know what the last thing I need to do when I'm opening the app and logging in with biometrics to show a provider my insurance card? Change my password. It isn't recommended to regularly force users to change their passwords. You know what else? Go through 2 factor authentication all over again for a previously registered device. If I'm logging in WITH MY FINGERPRINT then clearly this is from a previously registered device, so I shouldn't have to ask for an OTP to arrive by text or email
2024-07-10 | Steven Tan | Incredibly buggy. Could not toggle "accepting new patients" off to change my PCP (WHO I ALREADY HAVE. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THE APP ASSIGNED ME ANOTHER RANDOM PERSON). Does not play well with LastPass and jitters uncontrollably, which is made even more annoying by forced rotating passwords which I am not going to remember myself. I found my doctor and pressed the (+Person) icon and this decided to add their phone number to my contacts instead of adding them to my care team. 0 stars. |
