2024-12-16 | Stephen Brown | The application is powered by your favourite browser. I guess snooping goes on with shopping habits, I have to go web based access as the app and Duck Duck Go don't work well. Ditch the browser usage and a 5* would be posted. | |
2024-12-14 | Luc Marot | App is pretty much useless on Google Pixel 9 with Android 15. The search function doesn't work and none of the categories show up. Only Offers Nearby appears for some reason. I can see the card itself but random, giant magnifying glasses show up when I'm trying to use the app and unfortunately it is almost too buggy to use. Please provide a fix as soon as possible. Edit: The search function has stopped working completely 'due to high demand' and won't show up any of the offers. | |
2024-12-09 | kevin jones | The app itself is good however the discounts are not. Most are online codes and they raise the price which effectively invaledates the discount code. There are some bargains but read the small print first. Nice try, but not what it promises. | |

Was locked out of my account after the app updated and haven't been able to log on for over 6 months. Customer support took 3 months to answer my emails and give me 6 days to respond - not ideal if you happen to work part time. Paid for a card I can't use. | |

Why can't we just either present our cards or a discount code from the blue light app. Let's cut out the middle man process of this discounting please. | |

The whole screen is taken up by huge card style blocks making it really difficult to see any useful discounts. Why is the not a list mode? Clicking on the search icon and it just takes ages to open a blank screen with a search bar at the top. Really really poor user experience. | |

Which obviously isn't ideal when you've got people waiting behind you! And no, I don't carry the physical card with me. Sort it out. Also since the last update, the app won't login at all and just crashes!! |
