2024-12-10 | Grzegorz Lecki | Impossible to set up account. Super buggy. Tried for 25 minutes.
2024-12-09 | Steven Hunter | For some reason, this app doesn't seem to ever load. I get the initial splash screen, then a blank one after that doesn't ever change. Force closing the app does nothing to help.
2024-10-28 | Julio Manzanarez | This app used to be amazing when it first came out. It appears that now they're on recovery of losses or profit-seeking. They've introduced new fees three different types of them. If you're not paying close attention to every transaction they're basically robbing you. I had an issue multiple times which eventually they refunded me. But the issue has not been fixed because my two latest transactions still show the same issue. You get billed for fees that should not be billed.
2024-10-27 | Dave L | Was great at $0.30/kWh, and previously, I would recommend this to anyone. But, I recently discovered there is now also a TAX to the new rate of $0.43/kWh... at roughly 10.8% (this is not even the correct tax for my area)!! That's effectively $0.47/kWh, which is, on average, MORE expensive than Tesla supercharging. The old flat rate never had a tax either, and this was not disclosed in any new communication. Overall, I'm really disappointed with the costs now and the lack of transparency.
2024-10-19 | T R | When selecting "route" to get to a charger, I choose Google maps. Then nothing happens.
2024-10-02 | George Flowers | Work in EV Progress, The more, the more solutions for the Electric Car Future. Thank You!
2024-09-26 | Lawrence Stevens | It was a good model before they completely changed everything. The took away rewards and cash back, increased prices from 25¢ to 43¢ per kWh, changed the free charging day from 'all-day' to 'one charge'. I understand business models have to evolve to be sustainable... the elephant in the room is: Their original model was obviously so far off from actually being realistic, that I question the company leadership. Also their change management and comms are very poor.
2024-09-24 | John von Tungeln | I'm not using a charging app that won't let me see where the chargers are without setting up an account.
2024-09-13 | Eric Shepard | you really never know if the app is going to connect. and the raised price is just becoming too much. there's becoming no reason to bypass my evgo pass. a few more cents and this app is a goner. at .33 cents.. I'd fumble with the unuser friendly interaction .. with the app bring finicky. it's becoming not worth the hassle. and transferring funds.. just take it from my bank account.
2024-09-05 | Kalvin Fogata | What's on this app for over a year. They increased their price by a significant percentage making it actually more expensive than all other competitors. No point in using this anymore |
