Since the update, if I try to find in-network care, when I click on location, the keyboard never actually pops up for me to fill the information in. I can only assume it's some kind of glitch. As I've tried different times of day and after restarting my phone. You'd think a multi- BILLION dollar industry could hire proper programme's.

This has to be the worst app in the Playstore. It's just as bad on the iPhone as well. To the delevopers: Try finding a doctor and hitting the back arrow. You have to go through the process over again of searching. It doesn't remember where you were or what you searched for and doesn't keep any filters you set.

I have been trying to get into my account for a month now, tried calling the number listed for app questions and was hung up on once I explained my dilemma. Although quite difficult to navigate I had no problems with the app prior to this most recent update so I'm guessing that's the problem but when the help desk hangs up on me it's infuriating.
