It has been almost a month since reaching out to support and being told there was a pay freeze. They have not responded when I asked how long it would take. If you send email they will eventually ignore it. At some point they will ask photo ID for security reasons. Eventually they will ask for ur device IP number and iem number. For security reasons dont. It will let them gain access to device. Report them to google play store like I did when they asked me. |

Also the block game freezes so you can't see where you've dropped your shape. I'm having serious doubts if I will recieve my payment. I completed 5 games for a $5 instant withdrawal and the games didn't register as completed and then customer service tried to talk me in circles saying it wasn't part of the game then changed their tune when I provided a screen shot. Plus I wouldn't get the full cash out when I would cash out. Pointless and a waste of time. |
