I sent an unsupported token to my wallet and the only thing support will say is "sorry we can't refund unlisted tokens, you will receive them when we support it in the future." So then the people writing reviews about support resolving the same issue as me must not be true, or I would get some kind of assistance other than that cold statement.

The SOL node maintenance is not over yet and neither is the customer support giving any timeline as to when it will end, due to which my deposit has not been credited to my account yet. All the other platforms give updates a day before starting any maintenance. But no update has been given from their side. They are not giving any kind of timeline right now. Serious Concern !!
