| 2024-11-30 |  | | Used to be a fun game. Now it's literally trash. The game is buggy. The game crashes frequently (even more now after update) no matter the device or internet connection. If the game decides to boot you it counts as a loss. For gameplay, the amount of rng turned this game from a fun strategy deck builder, into a gambling system. Since the new expansion, it has become much worse. Save yourself the trouble and don't install. Plenty of better strategy card games out there. I can go on. TRASH. SCAM. |

So enjoyable but be prepared for random losses that just happen once in a while (every 10-20 games for me) Edit: Additionally the interface bugs or lags out for no reason, only way to unfreeze is to restart the application. |

Unfortunately, it's impossible to play if you don't have perfect internet. Any small blip in your connection causes the game to disconnect you and it takes so long to reconnect that you essentially lose a turn. I don't understand how no other game has this issue but hearthstone. |

Satisfying card combos, animations for individual cards are awesome with their own unique sound effects. But if you want to keep up for the year in standard ranked play, expect to drop some money on the store. |

Matches randomly disconnect, the menu is slow and laggy for everything, and i'll have to repeat actions sometimes because it just didn't register. It takes me 30 seconds to click on one button and open a pack. A very basic function of a card game. I expect better from a company the size of Blizzard. If you're gonna charge $60 for a basic cosmetic, at least make the app function properly, it's embarrassing. |

Prior to that, I was a casual player that just popped in every expansion or two. Additionally, I've always been obsessed with the Solo Adventure game mode and HS Battlegrounds. I have a complete set of the two most recent expansions, and normally, that would incentivize me to play more, but not this time. Quasar Rogue ruined the game for me. Uninstalled until they finally make a new Solo. |
| 2024-11-07 |  | | I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS GAME! BUT..... I just got a new phone 2 days ago 11/5/24. I have tried to switch my account to the new phone , in the afternoon... it was not working. So I still played it on my old phone. Just trying to see if it was just wonkey for some reason. But since the new update I can not get it to fully load on either phone. It is super frustrating since I have never had an issue before. I have played this game off and on since it first came out... I don't want to give up on it. |

Need to switch from WiFi to cellular rq after finishing your turn? Gotta restart the client for that. Yall had some real audacity to make the game worse and then make something you could earn through gameplay, which gives an in-game advantage, available through purchase only. |

Been consistently disappointed with new patch releases in battle grounds and the original card game. The whole game feels like a giant RNG festival, and in the end, your decisions ulltimately feel pointless. I can't recommend the game in its current state. its going to take some serious development to bring the fun back to it for me. Game really needs direction. |
