Your application is good. It's simple to operate. But I set my phone to factory settings four days ago all the notes I have saved by thks notebook app is lost. How can you help me to recover it?

I've been using this notebook for a few years and it does what it supposed to do and reliably,.......but now I have a serious issue. I thought I had backed up everything before carrying out a factory reset of my phone, and I have eventually, managed to recover all my apps with the exception of my notebook -this notebook. Which carried a few precious notes. Yet this is the only app which returned empty. Any suggestions would be welcome apart from..not to keep precious notes in it!
