| 2024-11-06 |  | | Do not install it, I've used this platform a longtime ago and they are always changing the rules of usage/ login. As a result, you will lost the access of your account. It happened me twice and I don't have acces to my money anymore. Please use another Platform. They are blocking you out with various reasons and you will never get your money back! |
| 2024-10-26 |  | | App hasn't been working on my samsung phone for the past 24 hours. I kept getting "Errors." Error in transaction updates, Error when I try to access wallet, error when i try to refresh the app. The website doesn't open either, which is quite the opposite on iPhone. |

Cannot make a copy of a screenshot and cannot copy and paste and every time I go back to it to find a word it changes the word input order. Definitely not friendly for people with disabilities. ALS precludes me using my hands like I would prefer to but unfortunately I have no choice the disease takes away that ability. |

When you contact support about purchasing gift cards (thinking that the fee maybe lower) they'll still charge you a high fee. For example, if you spend $30 on this app you'll only be able to use $5. Avoid at all cost! |
| 2023-05-19 |  | | best app for crypto hands down, supposedly theres a change of banks happening soon hopefully it doesn't change how they operate this app runs smooth and I haven't had any problems with customer support. one thing I will say I don't think refunds go through with their cards I've tried a small refund of around $5 and I didn't see it come through no big deal but if you're wondering if you might have to return an item I'd say use your banks debit card instead |
| 2023-05-10 |  | | Pitiful app. Errors all the time saying that "inputs are not defined" or something similar when trying to send bitcoin (when in fact, they were defined). Also the transaction history and balance fails to refresh in a timely manner. I sent funds to my wallet hours ago, they received confirmations according to blockchain but they don't show up in the wallet for usually half a day. These aren't new problems. This is clearly an intentional effort by bitpay to control coin flow for big wigs. |
| 2022-11-28 |  | | Just like other user reviews, after the update, all this app does is freeze and have connectivity issues. I have cleared the data and cache and same thing. I deleted and reinstalled the app, same thing. This is a BitPay issue that they refuse to fix and they claim to not know this is an issue despite others describing the same issue. This is beyond ridiculous because our MONEY is essentially inaccessible. This is BS, fix your nonworking app, BitPay. I'm not the only one with this problem. |
| 2022-07-31 |  | | The app worked great just until the last big update in July 2022. In the last few days it somehow crashed two times and lost/deleted my active wallet both times. It didn't show any error message but after restart it didn't show my wallet (which was perfectly fine just a moment ago) either. The only available option was "Create or import a wallet." I had to recover from a recovery seed 2 times but this behavior is not good. Dear developers - please fix this ASAP! "Back" button doesnt work as well |
| 2021-11-08 |  | | I started having issues with the App on my Apple phone and after updating it, removing and installing it a few times, it would never work again. Initially it was no big deal, i figured i would keep using the app on my Android phone. After my last phone upgrades, now I can no longer use that app as it keeps saying error no matter what I do. I am now wanting to send all crytpo off of their wallets so i can delete this app permanently. |

Until they took away my ability to specify crypto amounts for card loads) (Edit 1: OK I officially dislike BitPay one more notch.Trying to get the app to work on another device screwed up the old device without changing anything on the old device. Luckily I think I only lost $0.82 in BCH. Still not happy about it) Original: Having trouble with this "new" experience. Not sure why they decided to make so many changes at once. Bad move for a young company. |
