| 2024-11-28 |  | | Please kindly fix the bug on this app. It takes forever for it to load up charts or wallet balance.. Personally I feel this can always lead to fast liquidation. This is not a matter of better Internet because I do have better internet. Just fix it. The app loads too slow. |

It's confusing and greatly frustrating just to figure out how to see your assets and try to move them around. it's great that trading view can trade with it but not ideal cause not all functions are supported like creating a stop loss or take profit after the purchase isn't even possible. Merchants Didn't send the money and the funds get stuck for several days. I have these issues many times. Their P2P customer service team is also worst team. They don't take any sudden reaction on the same day or day after, instead they give extra time and your funds remain stuck for many days. |

You list tokens that are scams and are not verified causing users who trust your platform to purchase them and end up getting scammed. It's either you're in cohorts with scammers or too incompetent to do due diligence on coins and markets on your platform. Others platforms uses email or phone authenticationb to complete transactions, i think their intention is to make their users not to send money to other addresses |

I recently had a troubling experience where Bitget allegedly performed a fake transaction and provided a fake transaction ID (Tr ID).Here's what happened: I sent TON from Bitget to Lbank 48 hours ago, but I haven't received it yet. Bitget shows that the transaction was sent and provides a transaction ID, but it doesn't seem to be valid on the TON chain. |
