| 2024-11-18 |  | | I've been having problems for a while but this was the last straw. I get random disconnects all the time, I'll set it, then it turns off on its own. Not the worse thing but inconvenient and makes using the vpn kinda pointless. But then. My payment went through but I haven't recieved my service. I've paid but ny vpn says I have a standard subscription not premium. Adding this to the previous problem means this isn't the safest vpn anymore. Trying a different one. |

And in order to retrieve visual voicemail mail the same thing happens. But other than those things it seems like it's doing it's job. |

App developers constantly try to find ways to circumvent the VPN by not functioning or forcing disconnects and other issues. You will not get support easily. You will shown a list with a huge list of products, none of which are clearly yours. There is no information to contact them by phone or email and when it comes to managing your subscription, good luck finding the right one. You we'll probably end up with two more, instead. |

Don't waste your time or money as the VPN will make network connections unusable. Also after update its still broken. Don't pay for this as you're better off with nothing. 11.3.2024 still has problems and even better it's not blocking ads anymore. Might as well pay someone to protect you, they'll do exactly the same nothing. |

| 2024-10-18 |  | | 3RD Strike rule applies here. I was going to wait until the subscription ended. I'll be going back to PIA sooner than I thought. When this vpn works, it's great, except the inconsistency just increased tenfold. It says I'm connected, it won't block adds, the kill switch never works, can hardly get it to connect now, cleared cache, reinstalled multiple times, granted all necessary permissions. I question the quality of the other services I am currently using from your company |

I bought the whole Bitdefender suite annual after trying the free trial. I have not had any issues since. Also I found out my ISP was throttling my internet as my speeds improved using this VPN so was another nice bonus for me. ( I would imagine it would vary by person and their providers). Nice that it came included up to 10 systems so mobile is great! |
| 2024-10-03 |  | | TOO SLOW! The expensive Premium version of VPN dramatically slows down the internet on our PC, phones & tablet. We have a strong, fast Wi-Fi connection. If we turn off VPN everything speeds up instantly. Check out the 1 and 2 star reviews on Play Store & other sites - thousands are having the same problem. Telephone support and email support for paying customers is useless. The support technicians are poorly educated, and have no idea what they are doing + they have very limited English skills. |

Bitdefender antivirus is good, but when my Samsung phone has a system update, it will shut off antivirus, but it has saved me a few times from malicious emails, so I can't complain. I'm thinking that it's a setting on my phone that shuts off my antivirus. Not sure. |
| 2024-09-27 |  | | It's one of the best vpns I've used in years, unfortunately though just like a lot of other vpns I've tried using it would just disconnect for no apparent reason. Even with the option to keep it connected it would still disconnect. Other than that it's a very good vpn. It is now 3 months later and the same thing keeps happening. It still disconnects for no reason. Why haven't you fixed this?! |
