I've kept a running subscription to Norton for years and years, and then, when it was up for renewal, I was like "Do I really require this, or, if I get rid of it, will I suddenly be attacked by everybody?!" So, I'm giving this free version a shot, and I'll see what happens! I supplement this with "Duck Duck Go's App Tracking Protection", which also has a VPN, and I'll give an updated review a bit later. So far, so good ✨👍🏼✨ |

I like that it's efficient and gets right to the point by simply doing what it's supposed to, then it leaves me alone. It never pesters or annoys me like many others have done. Great app, 5 Stars. |

The free that I use version works great. This app is one of my must haves that I use when I'm cleaning my phone. Run the scan. You'll have peace. I'm very satisfied. Highly recommended. |

It is straightforward and simple it protects you it scans things you download and looks at stuff that it thinks is malicious. That's all it does. After the initial setup, all you will have is a scanner. No bushit, no in your face fee and no ads. Plus you can upgrade to the better version whenever 👍 |

Alerts you to any app you install each time, letting you know whether it is safe, which your native OS doesn't do. Also does periodic random security scans. Overall great app, and don't think I saw any ads either! |

This morning I woke up with my emails gone. They warned me but I didn't check it when notificationcame in so the freaks got in anyway. It was my fault for not being on top of it. The alert was to uninstall the Visual Voicemail before anything could happen BUT. looked under my settings app to find "Visual Voicemail" but it was not listed. |

It bugs me that a majority of these scanners only scan installed apps and not the rest of the files stored. It will cause people to believe their safe even though they have downloaded a laced .pdf file. This app has the ability to scan the " other files " as well but is unavailable in the free version. |

But I'm giving 3 stars to the company due to a couple issues. First, because the "superior" product, the Bitdefender Mobile Security, didn't do anything when I hit the the "start scan" button. Not superior. The Mobile Security version also still seemed to keep popping up the "start scan" notice. Second, the Anti-virus version didn't have a scan history feature. |
