2024-06-06 | Nathan Snyder (Within A Sphere) | as much as I have enjoyed using big commerce for my website, the app is mediocre at best. it always seems to have errors when I try to upload pictures, and when trying again after the error, it creates a new product and still doesn't upload the pictures. when typing out descriptions it will randomly change where it's typing or suggest words that aren't even close to what I am typing. overall the app is more frustrating than helpful. | |

I'd be happy to pay 50% less and not have the app. I sell on multiple channels and this app is the worst of the bunch when it comes to managing my store. eBay has a very good mobile app interface, I can do 80% of my business from that app. | |

Just offer the choice of no security. It's really pointless in a lot of people's stores. And every app except banking gives you the choice. Even square doesn't make you have a pin or fingerprint unless you choose it. | |

I don't want to have to log in every time, and notifications work sometimes and other times they come through way after, I have customers calling me asking me why I haven't responded. Get my emailed verification code, bit still can't in, or else it just stays on login screen with no reason why it won't log in. Still can't do much functionally on the app except look at items and orders. Bit just getting signed in is still a majority of the problem. |
