To lose all my data on a cloud on a level 1700 is awful. It was saved. I had to switch to a new phone. What's the point in saving it if you can't bring it up? It automatically wants you to save it when you open it. I even save it on the cloud on the old phone. To make sure my cloud was still good. There should be an option where you can do either new account or bring up your previous account on your cloud. Years & money invested in this game gone that I can't get back. I'm so disappointed.

I have been playing this game for the better part of of 5 years. GAMES DEVS: either make the game work for the player or don't. I pay for the upgrade passes, I will pay extra when I'm on a roll vs when I'm always losing. WHAT I DON'T LIKE: every update changes from having the game intuitively aid the player, ex: have a booster target a specific goal for the game, vs it being entirely random. You have done both and pleeease let me tell you, the former is more for fun for PAYING players.

I play everyday. I enjoy the challenges on the game levels, I enjoy the episodes where we get to makeover other people and theor spaces, AND my favorite part is buying the realestate and getting to personalize my avitar, my pet, and my home! You have to work your way up, work hard! And maybe make some friends in cliques to help along the way. It's my modern day bored game.

Been playing this game for years, but I think I'm going to finally hang it up. I've never spent a dime on it, and I don't often update, but i recently did knowing that an update gives a few minutes of free lives and holy cow has this game changed. The screen is absolutely riddled with trackers for a million different types of currencies to collect and I literally have to x out of 10 different popups trying to get me to spend money before I even get to the game itself. Feels icky and predatory.

Too hard to earn gems and cash. It would be great if after you complete a season you could get cash, coins, gems, & boosts. And most of the side challenges don't give enough reward. Plus, some levels are so impossible that you feel forced to spend money to advance to the next level. Offer more rewards and stop making levels impossible. Otherwise, fun to play.

Fun at first, but then every single last thing takes a ridiculous amount of coins to complete. You get coins by playing matching games, and those games give you only so many moves before you fail and they often don't give you enough moves to complete the level without having to use gems. You also have hearts or "lives" and once you run out of those you need gems. It's frustrating. I'm only on the 3rd makeover and the game now feels impossible to play.

I do enjoy playing this game, however, when I watch ads to get two more moves and you miss the x to get back to the game I end up going to the app store instead, I then tap back on the game and it restarts the game loosing my win streak going back to zero. It's very frustrating and annoying when that happens every time because then have to keep building back up my win streak only to loose it again.

I love project makeover. Tho right now I'm having 2 issues. Issue number 1, I cant back up my data, i constantly get a message "No connection" or something when trying to backup with Facebook. I checked Facebook and it says I'm connected. Issue number 2, ever since I bought the previous season pass,I cant get ANY ads to watch for 2 extra moves and what not. I feel forced to use gems and it's been a pain in the butt when I literally only have one thing left and now I cant get those optional ads.

Mini Games Galore! This game should be all about makeover. But you've got to play stupid mini games (match 3 mostly) to get coins to do the makeover. You even are FORCED to use your coins you've earned to "take off hat" and "take off shoes". That should not be something that you have to earn coins to do, that should be automatic. And you can't move the furniture around or place it. It has set spots. The game forces you to do things in a set order. Not really what I was expecting.

You have to spend money to advance. You will fail otherwise. Another boring match three game with slow progression locked behind a Bejeweled clone. Even the "easier" levels require you to use in-game currency to advance or you lose out on rewards, thus setting the stage to make you spend real money just to play Candy Crush but with clothes and furniture. Don't waste your time.
