2024-12-11 | Mark F | I've been paying into the program since April 2024 to resolve five lines of credit. One has already been settled outright, and another just offered a payment plan through monthly deductions from my dedicated account today. I'm paying about 35% of what I was paying monthly before the program just to meet minimums, and every dollar is going toward actually resolving my debt. Each employee I've interacted with has been kind, informative, and encouraging. I can't recommend Beyond highly enough. | |

2024-12-02 | Michael Nichols | After months of going back and forth, they finally got a settlement (which was nice) . However I was told that Beyonds fee is %25 of the initial debt. The offer from the bank was higher, but not by that much. I basically just dumped $5k down the drain. Definitely will NOT be recommending. I love the staff and they were very helpful, but this fee is absurd. Nor did it show up anywhere in the app. | |

However, its largely unacceptable that the fees are not itemized the same as the deposits in the "dedicated account" page in app. Seems very non-transparent to me and I hope this changes in an update very soon. Easy onboarding, affordable payments compared to what the creditors charge. In my case, the bi-weekly payment for several accounts is LESS than what just one creditor was demanding! 2024-11-11 | Brenden Lee | I was very stressed about this program. You have to stop paying the creditors that are included in the program as soon as you sign the agreement. I tried to cancel it after making my first bi-weekly deposit. I was called by someone who was calm, professional, and most of all, they truly understood the way I feel. They had empathy and calmly explained why the program is my best choice. I agree, and thank you! I thought being hired as a 61 YO experienced protected Vet would be easy, but no. | |

Definitely not the best debt solution service at all. Weak at best. I'm about to pull out my other 2 debts and just start paying again to get my credit score back up again. People, do your research. I'm positive there are far better debt consolidation companies out there. Oh, and the app, it's probably the best help Beyond has to offer. | |

I've been using them for a few months and can honestly say they've save me thousands compared to what I would have paid in unless interest just to stay ahead of the items I'm paying off. A very reasonable paying plan that will leave you stress free should you need their service. | |
2024-10-15 | Bianca Webb | at first I was very skeptical and I am a person that likes to pay their bills on time. so having to stop payments and let things go into default was stressful and not good with my anxiety but the customer service is amazing, they ease my anxiety with every phone call or instant message, and after I got my first offer and I saw the payment go through and it left off my online banking and credit report I knew this was legit and soo happy. so far I have one payment done two in process. great work! | |
2024-10-11 | Terry Wruck | The app has not been updated for some time now. Try logging into app and it says my credentials are not working and try to get it to reset password and all. Able to get to work one time then I'm back to credentials not working again. Did this three times already. Call beyond and they say everything working on their end but nothing gets fixed |
