it used to work fine but now it wont transfer my data to my phone. it says it is but it doesnt. i havent had a save in over a month

The scan to save function does not work properly. It does not scan the correct time. And after scanning it is not possible to edit and correct the time. Even if you do so it does not save the new corrected value. This is a major glitch. For some reason the apps camera view Picks up a lot of reflected light on the screen of the BP monitor which does not allow it to scan properly and causes it to take a long time in scanning. These are major glitches. But otherwise a good app. Please rectify.

I have the BM28 Blood pressure monitor; and I use the Health Manager pro app on my android phone. It was working perfect until the last software update this week. Now my app is telling me that there is a "verbindingsfout". So now I can not use the scan option of the app; and can not have a look to the registrated results in th app. I already deleted the app and re -installed it, bit the problem is not fitted; I am not pleased with this

I have the app, and 3 Beurer devices (BM96 BP/ECG monitor; PO60 Spo2 monitor / FT95 Thermometer. It works, and syncs as it should (except for the PO60-This device tries, and fails 9 out of 10 times. - One has manually sync). However, the app has a strange issue, in that the time syncs to all devices, but the time sync to the BM96 is always UTC, and not my local time of UTC+2. The other devices syncs the time properly to UTC+2. The BM96 time can be set manually, bet resets to UTC on sync.

After recent update connection to my BF700 no longer works. Yes, the Bluetooth pairing is successful, but the app never manages to exchange data.

The BP device loses its date settings which are difficult to reset; Measurements do not calibrate with Omron device. I trust it less. I will return it for something more easily used and set, and perhaps more reliable(?).

I purchased a $5.99 upgrade it will not allow me access. No customer service. The device itself works great.
