I'd give this app a much higher score but for one thing: why is it not possible to have a silent alarm? It makes no sense that you can have an audio alarm with no light (given that the whole point of the product is the light) but you can't have the light up function with no sound. The volume only goes down to 1% (not zero) and there is no toggle button to disable the audio entirely. It's absurd, esp given the price of the product itself. Please, beurer, please fix this! It's ridiculous.

Does not work!! I got a tl100 and it wouldn't pair with 3 different phones. Sent it back and got a replacement. Still won't pair. Customer service said it takes a few months to work with phone updates, so that means it's the app that is busted. The demo video says to pair via the app, and app will not pair with the lamp! It crashes every time I try to click a button. Total garbage.

Same issue as others have described. Unable to connect to the device. I have allowed permission. Cleared cache. Deleted the app / reinstalled several times. Tried on multiple devices. Rendering the primary functions I wanted for the device unless. I will be sending it back looking for a full refund. Disappointing. First Beurer product I've used. Not impressed.

Grrrrrr... The app is EVIL! It makes me get up and unplug the thing to turn off the alarm. This morning was great when the light woke me up. Then the chiming alarm started and I wanted to turn it off. The app lied. It said that Bluetooth was off when it wasn't. It said that it was disconnected. The connection wouldn't happen. I uninstalled/reinstalled. Nothing. It had to be unplugged. There's no off button. It connects now when the alarm is off. What good is that? Going back today!

Sendimg light back So I suffer pretty bad with my anxiety and depression and thought this would help me to wake up feeling better in the winter. 1... The app won't work. Click the light, then find the Bluetooth connection then scrolling screen and back to beginning. Read this thread. I've done app permissions deleted chace thing. Done all steps. Gutted but sending this back!!

From working perfectly with my light up light on the old app, this new version doesn't work at all - rendering the mood light useless and only being able to use the bright light by manually pressing the buttons on the lamp. The app opens a page showing the two lights via Bluetooth. As soon as you press either, it seems to refresh the page and put you back to the beginning - over and over - as there's no other option.

Before the update, the app worked occasionally but had to turn off the alarm at the mains and restart sometimes. But at least it worked, if only occasionally. Since the update that I'm sure has been rigurously tested, I can no longer open the app as it opens and closes on a continuous loop. Have downgraded the app until it's actually fixed.

The new version of the app (v3) doesn't work with android 13, it will crash when using the music player function. Fixing this should be a higher priority than a user interface rework. Old review.... Works well with my phone (P9), connects no problem. Music player mode even works with Spotify (start music player then Spotify). I would like the music player and radio to be buttons on the main app home screen, but apart from that all works as expected

WL75 Wake up light. Setting an alarm is slow. Changing the time only could be a slider on the home screen. Or there could be integration with a bigger phone alarm app. Just switching to another app for a second disconnects Bluetooth and always takes ~3sec to reconnect. "Light" and "Moodlight" should be a single screen. Moodlight could have some automation, and/or integration with smart lights. Only 7 alarm sounds. No way to import your own. Only 2 alarms.

NO SILENT ALARM!! Basic features not included. Cannot switch off 2nd alarm. I would like to only have the light go on without any sound, but that's impossible. Beurer says a silent alarm is not possible at the moment -I emailed them. I would like to have separate sound and light settings such that the light goes on from 05:00-06:00 and the sound only goes on from 05:55-06:00 or not at all. So far this light has only been a frustration due to the App. I think I'm returning it.
