Didn't say on sealed packaging that it doesn't work with my A71 Samsung phone, just said it works with android. Bad advertising. As of 2024/10/31 I have been using this app for 2 to 3 years. I really like the app but twice now it has locked no up and won't let me enter new info. When this happens I have to uninstall it and reinstall. This means I loose all my history which is a real BUMMER.

I am using this app with a CVS smart scale and having good results losing weight. The app helps you to monitor the results of small changes in a dietary regime on a more granular level. The app fails to update at least several times a week. This could be the scale, my phone, which i restart before i attempt to synch, or yhe app. 3 star rating as a result.

This app is very cumbersome to use. Must establish Bluetooth connection with each use which can take several minutes. User interface is not intuitive at all. It takes several attempts to get app to record/receive data from the scale. I'm thinking of just writing results down which would be quicker than using this app. I must say however that customer support is superlative and respond lightning fast to requests for assistance.
