Don’t have a lot of time? Get a full workout in just 20 minutes. Do you want a slightly easier workout? No problem, just turn down the intensity of your exercise.

INTENSITY AUTOMATICALLY INCREASES WITH THE INCREASE ASSISTANT

Haven’t trained or increased the intensity for a long time? The increase assistant ensures that you don’t overwhelm your muscles. Instead of going straight to the maximum, the stimulation intensity slowly ramps up to your selected level. Choose between sensitive, standard and fast speeds. The benefit to you: you can stop the program from increasing if it feels too intense.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS AND MEASURE YOUR ACHIEVEMENTS

Monitor weight, body fat, muscle and water content – see how your body changes! Either enter your body values manually or measure them automatically: simply link your app to the Beurer diagnostic bathroom scale.
